As you are aware, the company was using a book-based check system for the vehicles. Your system has eliminated the costs of having books printed and ensures that all the vehicles are checked correctly.

This has improved the fault-finding process of the fleet and further assists in having minor repairs attended to before the faults becomes greater and more costly. Furthermore, the ease with which the system works has ensured that the time taken to ensure vehicles are checked correctly has been reduced, thus streamlining the time for trips to be planned.

The report that your system generates is easily exported to an excel spreadsheet and offers us a great summary of the fleet and problems that need attention, this has streamlined the repair process and downtime on vehicles. The report also works great in determining when vehicles are getting close to services and thus preplanning for the service can be arranged timeously.

To sum up; your system has numinous cost savings and time savings, that have improved the productivity of the fleet. Thank you for all the assists in getting the system operational and we look forward to a long journey together.
